We are a small but dedicated group in Roanoke, Va. striving to learn and perfect all aspects of the game.
We promote an authentic yet accessible capoeira experience.
We meets 2-3 times per week.
Our classes meet three times per week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we hold class from 6-7:30 p.m. at The Water Heater on 5th St. near downtown Roanoke. Sunday’s class is a half hour longer and is typically held outdoors from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at a local park (weather permitting).
Anyone interested is welcome to join us for some trial classes.
